It was time to have my yearly hot water heater maintenance, which I like having done by a professional. I have add the pleasure of interacting with DOS expert Rick Russell, as he has done service for my organization many times. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, as are all of the Dial One Sonshine crew, from the owners, to the front office, to the technicians. They work diligently and, best of all, neatly, and always check in along the way if there are any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dial One Sonshine!

John Renteria (JR) was fantastic during our furnace tune-up today! He took the time to give us a super detailed walkthrough of our entire system, explaining everything clearly. We really appreciated his honest and professional advice — no sales pressure whatsoever, just genuine care and expertise. It’s rare to find someone this thorough and trustworthy. Sergio represented the company very well. He was polite & respectful. He made sure to take pictures, & explained any repairs I needed, that I understood & answered questions that I had. We were waiting for a call & had not received it by the time he was done. He followed up & was able to give me the contact information. He went above & beyond when he helped me get my senior dog up from a fall. Javi Hernandez was here today 3/24 & he too represents the company well. He has done work here before & always pleasant, professional & makes sure that I understand what work was done. I was happy with his work. It's what I know I can expect with the work done.

JR was a wonderful technician. Very professional, thorough and clearly explained his inspection and findings to me. I felt he was very honest in his assessments which he coupled with an expert knowledge level of HVAC issues he found concerning and that I as the homeowner should be aware of. Overall excellent work that exceeded my expectations. I then was assisted by Cris Thompson who elaborated on the options available to address my furnace issues. He was also very professional , knowledgeable and was honest in his assessments. As a result I am very happy with the services I received from both Dial One technicians and will be choosing them for our current and any future HVAC issues.

We really appreciated having JR as our service rep. I’m sure all your guys are great but JR has a particular knack at providing great Customer Service. A furnace is not a pleasant thing to have when it’s not functioning at its best. JR was especially helpful in sharing what and how we could make it better going forward.

I want to thank the main offices in helping me to reset my appointment a couple of times. They were very kind, understanding and patient. The assigned maintenance gentleman, Daniel Valdez, arrived timely and with lovely courtesy he stood at a distance and introduced himself. His uniform was spotless and clearly announced his company. The appointment was a maintenance inspection. Nothing was wrong but it is a comfort to have a company advising you that it’s time to check the “mechanics” of their products. Daniel prepared an item by item checklist and advised me that all was good. There is always something that can be done to upgrade or add more services and Daniel proposed and explained a couple of ideas for me to consider. It was a pleasure working with Daniel. It couldn’t have been better. Thank You
